I recorded a really shitty version of it on Garage band from my laptop speakers and have it on itunes but don't know how to upload/where to. Might be worth waiting until a leak comes out. I am going to see Tobacco tonight, and Im bringing a tape recorder. I hope to cop a live version of the new songs? ( as much as a recording of becks voice is live.. lol...)

The show was pretty sweet- Tobacco played the mysterious ( fresh hex/Grape Areo/ Not sure) Beck song- but it didn't have the vocals- he just played synth for the notes that beck sings, and they did some variation live with circuit bending and breaks and whatnot. They had amazing screen shots shown in the background though- of like crazy 80's infomercials and E.T. porno where he licks his glowing finger and all these random people are doing ET in the rear, and just weird old aerobics videos and they had one shot of this weird 80's porno where they had one of those lazy suzan tables with a hole cut out in the center and there was a dick in the center and all these people were spinning aorund this lazy susan, it was probably one of the most hillarious things I have seen. I think the beck circa '92/'93/ Midnite vultures era would have approved highly.

The tobacco dude stood up there with a couple laptops and a guitar and he had a neon pink vocorder thing he sang into. They never said anything to the crowd and they never broke between the songs so it felt like they were kind of pissed haha and just "Dj'ing". But otherwise it was heavy shit. And they seemed mysterious ( wore masks and such...) I guess their video complication guy is named 'Beta Carnage' and most of their vids are on you tube, so hillarious.

I just saw him in Minneapolis and it was crazy! Tobacco asked on Facebook if someone actually received a handjob in the front :hysterical: . I didn't see any handjobs, the closest thing I saw to that was a girl humping me (and some of the videos I suppose). They weren't wearing masks unfortunately, but it looked like they were having a good time. They definately had their hands full.
If anyone wants to see the crazy visuals here's a link to the tour exclusive DVD Fucked Up Friends 2. Buy it if you go see him (and share FUFs 1 with me :Shifty:, I hear it has both on BluRay)

I was sooo pissed I missed this show. I posted it elsewhere but too tired to connect it. He played the Triple Rock.

Ahh, I found it. Not the best luck lately, huh? We'll have to set up a Minnesota upcoming concerts thread or something haha

I hate working at a bar with music at times. I miss out on so much other stuff going on elsewhere.

oh man yea, I wouldn't have been surprised if there was someone getting a BJ in front. Tobacco's shit was so sexy when they came to my town last week, everyone was totally in on the party and the E.T vid and the porno lazy suzan dick hole thing. That was so great. Yea Beta Carnage does some awesome videos (he compiled their projector set) I am glad you had fun!! I want to buy that DVD pretty bad but I can't seem to find it online and its sold out on the tobac site...

but yea It was fun for me too lol. I almost didn't catch the show either ( it wasn't publicized very well....) made me even more excited for beck's release. I took a couple pics but they aren't as clear as yours are lol
