that reminds me.  Have I mentioned "Cold S'mores" on stewoo before?

I made them at work.  Graham crackers, a small scoop of chocolate pudding, and miniature marshmallows.  Messy and delicious with a great name to boot!

hmm I do remember you making sweet snacks but I am not sure about the s'mores.

I have prepared some pasta for lunch this week as well as 3 smores. excellent.

OMG, I totally forgot I bought some marshmallows! I was sitting here craving a little something sweet (nothing big, cos I am too full), and I didn't have anything here--or so I thought! I got them cos I was thinking I would try toasting marshmallows on my gas stove. That would work, right?   Anyway, thanks for talking about S'mores and reminding me.

P.S. This is why I can't put food away in cabinets: I forget it's there. I need everything OUT IN THE OPEN. I know, it's weird, but I know other people who have this, too. I think it may be sort of an ADD thing.

^I have that too, but with everything but food. Food I will search high and low for. But I can almost never have things put away drawers otherwise I forget they exist.

I have been feeling like I don't have enough room in my fridge, because I don't want to have any food hiding behind something else, or I know I'll definitely lose track of it. I would have plenty of room if I weren't so concerned about this. instead I end up having things stacked three tall (yogurt on hummus on tupperware) so I can see everything.

I have toasted marshmellows on a gas stove and it was very effective. I toasted today's marshmellows on an electric stove and that also worked just fine...had to have a steady hand and stick them quite close the burner.
