That's so much information!

I can't conceive putting so much time and energy into a static representation of something that must be constantly in flux.

(Or at least, that's my understanding of the site after being given only a brief look over - the amount of info kinda made my brain want to bleed out my ears)

Yeah. I mean, people move all over the country. And watch TV and movies. These regional differences may have been easy to pin down a hundred years ago, but I'm sure they're getting blurrier every day.  P.S. I am a pin = pen person (I pronounce them the same way). My friends give me grief about it all the time.

finished a big project today and feeling a little directionless.
searched around a bit for possible future schooling. searched around a bit for the cost of airline flights to other places. searched around a bit for explanations for various annoying physical ailments. could be working on some assignments but feeling rather blah instead. can't think of any music I particularly want to listen to. eh.

why is safari suddenly opening links in new windows instead of new tabs? the only thing i've done recently to safari is update my flash player, that shouldn't have affected it...

my old boss is back in town!! :D
he's a super cool guy who moved away a couple months ago, but now he's visiting for a little to wrap up some works things.
he was among my top friends for a couple of years when I didn't get out much, so I owe a lot to him and I'm glad to see him again.
