I had such a bad Trojan once that I took my computer to a PC store, they deleted it and maximised my system so that it ran faster than before.

I stomp on the floor just to make a sound...

I would follow these instructions to get your system clean. (And I would never recommend that any home user PAY for antivirus software, like *Lucy* mentioned, there are ALL SORTS of great free programs out there.)

There also might be a specific way to remove that virus I would search the term "Viris" and the website name that it directs you to. I have found this to be helpful in the past.

It's true about the anti-virus programs being more of a preventive thing, so when you actually have a virus, you might need a specific virus removal kit to get rid of it which (as Thunderpeel said) are usually found by googleing the name of your virus.
If all else fails, try this website (the forum in particular): it's full of white-hats who spend their days fighting viruses and trojans, etc.

i got lots of tools on my computer. everything was free to.
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware might be worth a try? i know theres a thing in it to delete the undeleteable (or so it seems)
i like EasyCleaner. also free. < this isn't for getting rid of viruses per-say. but just more of a cleanup thing.
no matter what you do tho, you gotta be careful with what you delete and all. if it has been suggested to you to delete something and you don't know what it is. find out what it is. google it up and see beforehand. <!

I am using Excel and having an issue and I can't find help on the new version that one would have for a PC. if I can't find HELP then I can't figure out my issue. WHY ISN'T FINDING HELP LIKE THE MOST INTUITIVE FEATURE???

Conventionally, help is hotkey'ed to the F1 function key. I can't recall for sure, but I would be surprised if Office 2007 abandoned this convention.

There's also this video which shows how to enable/disable the classic menu system in Office 2007, which may help.

If that doesn't work, I'll dye it another color so the rust doesn't show.
